UR – Day 3

I had to present all day today, and I felt like my brain wouldn’t work.   I started getting a mild headache and feeling lightheaded when I was training… and my vision even seemed off for about 30 minutes before I ate lunch.  My meals were a little altered because I was traveling, but I stuck to approved food choices for week 1…

Breakfast – blueberries + blackberries + coconut meat

Lunch – veggies + hummus + pumpkin seeds

Snack – green apple + almond butter

Dinner- Sad story. :-/  My dinner was confiscated by airport security because I had “spreadable material” over 3 oz…. So… I am fasting until breakfast.  My plane doesn’t get in until late, and I won’t be home until 1am, so I sure am glad I ate that snack!
